🧀 Charcuterie Workshop Experience 🍷

Join us for an exciting and hands-on charcuterie workshop where you’ll master the art of crafting a stunning Charcuterie Grazing Board. Whether you’re a beginner or an enthusiast, this one-hour session is designed to transform your platter creation skills.

During this workshop, you will:

🧀 Learn how to select, cut, and beautifully display an array of cheeses.
🎨 Master the basics of constructing an artful charcuterie display.
🌟 Discover which accouterments complement each other perfectly.
📏 Understand the order for placing items on the board for the perfect flow.
🌹 Acquire tricks to create salame roses, rosettes, and river designs.
🍇 Gain tips on incorporating seasonal produce for added freshness.

We provide all the necessary equipment and food items for the workshop, including:

🍽️ Disposable Board
🔪 Cutting Board and Paring Knife

At the end of the workshop, attendees will take home:

🍽️ Their 10” x 10” charcuterie creation displayed on a disposable Palm Leaf Platter (serves up to 6 as an appetizer) in a 10” x 10” Kraft box with a window.
📜 A list of all the ingredients used in the workshop.
📋 A shopping list to recreate the experience at home for their future boards.
📖 Step-by-step instructions for creating charcuterie masterpieces.

Workshop will be held on Thursday , December 14 at 6:30 pm at Ginger’s Baking Co. located at 199 S Main Street, Winter Garden, FL (corner of Smith & Main).

BYOB, hot & iced coffees and teas, whoopie pies will be available for sale from Ginger's Baking Co.

100% prepayment is due with registration. Cancellations 7 days or more prior will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.


Cancellations within 6 days or less prior will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are ineligible for refunds or credits. Deposits or payments on classes are non-refundable, regardless of date and are non-transferable.
